  • Material Distribution 

    • Beginning the week of January 25th until DL ends, material distribution will occur weekly (based upon teacher need)
      • ONLY on Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:30 AM-3:30 PM 
      • Wednesday is a late pick-up from7:30 AM  until 7:30 PM.

    Beginning March 15 onsite meal service (breakfast & lunch) is available FREE for all students attending in-person instruction and for those students enrolled in the Supervisory Program.

  • Immunization Requirements 

    • Starting in the 2019-2020 school year, the following changes will become regulations for school immunizations:

      • Two doses (rather than one) of chickenpox (varicella) vaccine 
      • Two MMR doses and three Hepatitis B vaccine doses 

        These new requirements will affect current 6th-grade students for advancement to 7th grade.  Please check your records and keep this information in mind as doctor's appointments occur during the school year.

    Incoming 7th grade

    • All students entering, advancing or transferring into 7th grade for the 2019-2020 school year and beyond will need proof of an adolescent whooping cough booster immunization (called “Tdap”), a second MMR, and a second Varicella for school entry.
