As we prepare for the phased in reopening starting on October 26, 2020, we are aware that there are families who had a change in their circumstances affecting the learning environment they chose in August. The PVSD School Board approved our Safe Reopening and Recovery Plan for fall 2020 at the special board meeting held on July 30, 2020.
The purpose of the Local Plan is to: (1) Outline the special education policies/procedures and services that are offered throughout the SELPA. (2) To assure access to special education and related services for all individuals with exceptional needs residing within the geographic areas served by the plan and (3) To assure compliance with all Federal and State codes and statutes.

The Self Assessment Form attached MUST be completed, signed, and returned on your student(s) first day of school or they will be excluded from attending. There will be NO exceptions
