Join us in celebration of student learning! The Dos Caminos Open House is June 2nd from 6:00-7:30 pm. Dos Caminos School provides a dynamic student-centered environment with an emphasis on Career and College readiness. DCS students are explicitly taught executive functioning skills of organization, goal setting, and self-monitoring steps to success. These are important tools in displaying our DCS Determination.
Building on our storied traditions, the DCS team has worked to create school-wide initiatives that address the whole child and include social emotional learning, inclusion, character building, academic language and development. Our students are artists, athletes, scholars, and environmental stewards.
Our PTA has been instrumental in supporting expanded enrichment for students and volunteerism. Families will find partners in our scholarly ambitions and opportunities to assist in these endeavors.
Dear DCS Families - We have an exciting month of May planned! This includes Staff appreciation, CAASPP testing, preparing for Open House, Hap Rapp Rotary Track Meet, adding another art series with Elevated Art/Mrs. Hath for all students and adding ukulele for grades 4 and 5.
