Child Care Registration Information for the 2019-20 School Year
2019-2020 CHILD CARE REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration for Child Care is ongoing for the 2019-20 school year. All completed forms should be returned to the District Office (not to the school location). All forms will be date/time stamped when they are received. Completed forms must also include a $25 per child non-refundable registration fee. Once the form has been processed, families will be notified regarding the status of their enrollment. Please see our "Program Availability" page for more information. Emailed or faxed registration forms will not be accepted.
The District Office is located at 600 Temple Ave, Camarillo. Our office hours are 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
ENROLLMENT PACKETS FOR STUDENTS CONFIRMED FOR 2019-20:
All students who have been confirmed for the 2019-20 school year will need to fill out/return an enrollment packet (see links below) on or before the first date of attendance. Completed forms should be taken directly to the Child Care center.
