2018-2019 Child Care Registration Information

  • Registration for Child Care is on going for the 2018-19 school year.  All completed forms should be returned to the District Office (not to the school location.)  All forms will be date/time stamped when they are received.  Completed forms must also include a $25 per child non-refundable registration fee.  Once the form has been processed, families regarding the status of their enrollment.  Please see our "Program Availability" page for more information.  Emailed or faxed registration forms will not be accepted.

    The District Office is located at 600 Temple Ave, Camarillo.  Our office hours are 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.


    All students who have been confirmed for the 2018-19 school year will need to fill out/return an enrollment packet (see links below) on or before the first day of attendance. Completed forms should be taken to the child care center.  All enrolled students are invited to attend our Open House on Tuesday August 28th (at your school location) from 5:30-6:30pm.
