    Parents and guardians often inquire about websites and resources to support their student's learning at home.  This page contains a collection of websites and resources with a brief description.  These sites are not part of PVSD.

    Scholastic: Book suggestions by age for ages 0-13     Pebble Go supports reading comprehension for students in 1st through 3rd grade.     Starfall supports reading, writing and math in grades PreK-1st.     Read Write Think supports reading and writing in grades K-12 through engaging activities.     Smithsonian Tribune provides daily K-12 AP news articles lexile leveled for students  

    Khan Academy provides personalized support for many subjects.     you cubed aims to increase confidence in math     Cool Math has various math-based games for elementary students.     Funbrain has educational games for students in PreK-8.     Curiosity Machine provides hands-on science projects. 

    PBS Kids provides educational games and videos.     Play games, watch videos, learn about animals, and places, and get fun facts on the National Geographic Kids website.     Discovery Education provides multi-media content in a variety of topics.     Smithsonian provides virtual natural history field trips and tours.     Math Science Music provides resources that bring these fields together.
