• Certificated recruitment, selection, staffing, and professional development 
• Teacher credentialing services
• Evaluations and labor relations
• Induction program coordination for: certificated and administrative staff
• Compliance with state and federal regulations
• Investigate and resolve sexual harassment and formal complaints for the district. 
• Certificated substitutes employee services
