Bidder Responsibility
Before submitting a bid, bidders shall examine the drawings, read the specifications, and all other Contract Documents. Bidders shall fully inform themselves of all conditions, in, at and about the site, the building or buildings, if any, and any work that may have been done thereon.
Any addenda or bulletins, issued during the time of bidding, shall form a part of the drawings and specifications for the preparation of a bid submission, shall be covered in the bid and shall be made a part of the Contract Documents. Any notification of issued addenda from the District is a courtesy. All bids and addenda are updated and posted to this website. Bidders are responsible for checking the website and including all information in the addenda in the bid submission.
It is the responsibility of the bidder to verify that their submission has been received by the District prior to the posted bid opening. Any submission received after the posted day and time will be returned to the bidder unopened. Facsimile (FAX) or e-mailed copies of the bid will not be accepted.
