Dear PVSD Parents/Guardians,

Please complete the form linked below for Impact Aid Section 7003 Federal Funds. Impact Aid Section 7003 is a law that Congress passed to assist schools in receiving money if the school district has children whose parents work on federal property, students who live on federal property or parents are on active military duty.  Federal regulations require us to have a form on file for these qualifying children. Or if you prefer, forms will be distributed to the students, so you can fill it out when they bring it home from school.

NOTE – for families with more than one child attending our District, the parent/guardian can now complete just one form for all children. Also, because we don’t have enough students whose parents work on federal property to qualify for that category, we have streamlined the form, excluding it.

We need your cooperation and your help.  We are trying to obtain every dollar to help Pleasant Valley School District have the best possible program for our children.

The form must be filled out completely, legibly and signed by the parent/guardian, and returned to your school by October 9, 2024, whether or not you are active duty military and/or reside on federal property.  This information is for the exclusive use of the Pleasant Valley School District.  This document is destroyed upon verification of data received.
