Purchasing Department
The Purchasing Department handles all procurement activities for the Pleasant Valley School District. Purchasing staff is responsible for competitively purchasing supplies, equipment, materials, and services through a centralized purchasing system.
Office and warehouse receiving hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Because the District operates a central purchasing office, direct solicitation at our schools and offices is discouraged. The Pleasant Valley School District requires all vendors, consultants and contractors to receive an authorized written purchase order prior to shipping items or beginning services with the District.
