Ventura County Indian Education Program

The Indian Education program is a federally funded program providing direct services to American Indian and Alaskan Native students in grades TK-12 in the many Ventura County School Districts including Pleasant Valley School District.

Enrollment Forms

Your child may be eligible to enroll in the Title VI Indian Education Program. To enroll, please click on one of the links below to print and complete the application or fill it digitally(ED 506 form). Return completed documents to your school's office or attach saved enrollment forms and email to robin.jacobs@venturausd.org.
