What:  Pleasant Valley School District is offering families the opportunity to voluntarily pick up a COVID test kit for enrolled students to use as a screening tool to help proactively find asymptomatic carriers of COVID-19.

When:  Saturday, January 8th from 8:30am to 12:30pm

Where:  Distribution of student test kits will take place at the distribution site locations listed below.  Use the links to select a location and sign up for an appointment.

Families choosing to participate in this event must have a scheduled appointment.

Important Distribution Event Information:

  • Participation is voluntary. We encourage all enrolled students to participate.
  • Do not show up without an appointment - you will be turned away and asked to follow up with your school site at a later date.
  • Please be on time for your scheduled appointment.
  • If you cannot participate in this event, test kits will be available at your student's school site starting on Tuesday, January 11th.  Please contact your school site for more information.

 

IT IS CRITICAL THAT ALL PARTICIPANTS IN THIS TEST KIT DISTRIBUTION EVENT REMAIN IN THEIR VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES AND OBEY ALL TRAFFIC DIRECTIONS GIVEN BY STAFF.  ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST FOLLOW COVID PROTOCOLS AND WEAR A MASK WHEN INTERACTING WITH DISTRICT STAFF OR VOLUNTEERS. 

All appointments are now full. Signups closed on Friday, January 7 at 2:45pm. If you were unable to sign up, please contact your school site next week for information about how to pick up your test kits.
