Account Management Portal

The PVSD Technology Department is proud to present our PVSD computer and email account management portal.  At the portal, not only will you be able to claim your own account after the hiring process, but you may also reset your password at any time at your convenience.

To Enroll for Self Service Password Reset:

  • Visit https://accounts.pleasantvalleysd.org
  • Click "Enroll" and enter your username and current password
  • Follow the enrollment steps to set personal questions for the account management portal.
  • Upon completion of enrollment, you may use the link, and click "Change Password" or "Forgot Password" to reset your password.

To Claim your PVSD Computer/Email Account :

  • Visit https://accounts.pleasantvalleysd.org
  • Click "Onboarding" and enter your Employee ID (provided by HR) and verify personal information.
  • Follow the enrollment steps to set personal questions for the account management portal.
  • Upon completion of enrollment, you may use the link, and click "Change Password" or "Forgot Password" to reset your password.

NOTE: If you do not know your current password, you will need to submit a helpdesk ticket through your school's main office, or send an email to helpdesk@pleasantvalleysd.org
