Mrs. Juanita Castro
I'm so grateful to be a part of the Camarillo Heights STEM Academy community. I have worked in the Pleasant Valley School District for 12 years, most recently as the Assistant Principal of Monte Vista Middle School. Throughout my years with PVSD, I've held various leadership roles. I enjoy reading, teaching, mentoring, and learning.
I value establishing collaborative relationships with our staff and community in order to best serve our young scholars. I believe in providing a positive learning environment, where students, teachers, and families work collaboratively, modeling our expectations and hopes for our students as future leaders of our community. All students are eager and able to learn at the highest level when provided with challenging learning experiences that strike their curiosity. I look forward to leading and learning with our talented Camarillo Heights teachers, staff, and students!
