CLASS UPDATES DUE TO SCHOOL CLOSURE:

We will be moving into our new Distance Learning model starting March 30th, which is a Monday.  I have recently set up a google classroom account so that students can view their weekly assignments.  All students were invited last week and sent a code so that they can join in.  All assignments will be sent through google classroom so please make sure you and your child check google classroom weekly.  Please feel free to contact me via google classroom and or email.  I will be constantly checking to make sure that I can answer any questions that you might have.  If you do not have the code please email me asap.  Assignments will be located under the tab "classwork" and feed back will be given after the work is tunred in.  I hope all is well and look forward to seeing you all very soon!

    About Me:

This will be my first year at Monte Vista Middle school. I was born and raised in Moorpark, Ca. where I still live with my wife and two boys. I received my Bachelors degree from California Lutheran University in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine. After attaining my undergrad from CLU, I decided to go on and pursue my teaching credential in Physical Education, which I attained from Azusa Pacific University. My hobbies include coaching football at Moorpark High where I have been for the last 8 years, but what I enjoy the most is spending the majority of my time with my family either fishing, camping, or just relaxing.
