  • Mission for the Class

For students to enter a safe and engaging environment where they can interact with others in an appropriate and respectful manner, learning the standards while having fun.

    Parent/Guardian Communication

The easiest and quickest way to get in contact with me is through email. I check email several times a day and am more than happy to answer your questions. Phone calls also work but I am limited by class time and work hours in terms of when I can contact you. Conferences can be set up by request as needed.

    About Me

Going into my twelfth year here in the Pleasant Valley School District, I am more excited than ever to teach Physical Education. I believe strongly in helping students to reach their potential intellectually, physically and mentally.
I was born in Goleta, California where I grew up. I attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where I earned my BA in History and then attended UC Santa Barbara where I earned my teaching credential and my Masters. In my free time I enjoy reading, playing golf, watching/attending Dodger games, spending time with friends and family, and being outside. My wife and I have young twin daughters who occupy a good deal of our time! I look forward to this year and working with you and your student(s).
