School Handbooks

2025-2026 Parent/Student Handbooks are being updated during the summer months. 2025-2026 Parent/Student Handbooks will be updated by the first day of school.

Statements that Apply to All Student Handbooks Within the Pleasant Valley School District

The rules or statements below apply to all PVSD student handbooks throughout the PVSD.

1) All PVSD schools are No Place for Hate designated schools. This means that all PVSD schools abide by and uphold the principles of the No Place for Hate program. The program’s goal is to create a safe, accepting, respectful, and judgment-free environment in every school.

2) All students must wear clothing that covers their torsos and follow the graphic below.

3) Students must not wear capes, blankets, or other draped items that could present a pulling hazard.

4) Each school’s student handbook is a living document that is updated periodically based on changes in laws, board policies, and administrative regulations. Information in the student handbook may change throughout the year. Parents and students should review their school’s student handbook throughout the year to be aware of the changes.
