Online Payments

We have transitioned to a new payment processor called Procare. All families will receive their first billing invoice by Friday, September 5, 2025.  First payment of the 25/26 school year due by September 10, 2025. Monthly payments beginning in October are due by the 5th of each month. Late fees will be applied to non-paid accounts on the 6th.

A note about tuition from our Parent Handbook: “PVSD Child Care charges monthly tuition, September through May (9 months). This means that tuition amounts are the same every month, regardless of the number of actual days of the program each month. For enrollees starting in January or after of any given school year, a 50% charge will be due for June. Failure to pay June tuition may impact future enrollment. Child Care tuition is based on a yearly fee.”
