Step #1:  Fill Out Chromebook Insurance Form Online

Step #2:  Pay for Chromebook Insurance (use Paypal options below)

To pay for Chromebook Insurance choose the appropriate option below and click "Buy Now."  Be sure to select the appropriate number of student devices you wish to insure.  Insurance is $25 per device and must be purchased within the first 30 days after the start of school.

Chromebook insurance payments are non-refundable.
Failure to pay in full within 30 days (or prior to first damage event) will void your insurance.

You will be redirected to a Paypal checkout screen where you can log in with your existing Paypal account.  If you do not have a Paypal account, just click the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button at the bottom to checkout as a guest.  Be sure to include your student's name(s) and school site(s) in the fields provided so we can properly record your payment.
