My child has an issue with his/her 1:1 Chromebook device. How do we get help?
TECHNICAL SUPPORT OPTIONS FOR STUDENTS/FAMILIES DURING SCHOOL CLOSURE:
If your student is having an issue with their Chromebook, your first point of contact is their teacher.
Teachers & principals have protocols to follow to help get you support if needed.
Support provided Tues/Thurs by appointment only.
Speak with your teacher/principal for more information.

During normal school-year operations, please contact the student's teacher or the school office and they will assist you with getting proper technical support for the issue.
Please do not contact the Technology Services department, as the school sites are already set up to most efficiently assist with getting technical help and get the student a loaner chromebook if the situation warrants it. (If you do call the Technology Services office, technical staff will ask you to direct your question back to your school site.)
